It is characterized by a very strong and innovative iron structure, able to withstand the strongest stresses and bent beech slats. The iron frame in the orthopedic range of the Apple bed has been designed to have a long service life. Unlike "traditional" nets, no holes were applied in the structure to insert the slats, an inefficient solution that often causes the strip to break. Our innovative iron nets are characterized by the so-called "slat holder", a very durable structure that follows the entire perimeter of the frame, inside which the same slats are inserted with special polyethylene supports. In this way it is virtually impossible for the slats to come off the frame, giving the mesh unparalleled stability. FEATURES The orthopedic bed base of the Apple range is characterized by an iron structure, made through a tubular frame of 40x30 mm and internal counterframe for inserting 13 slats in pure beech plywood, steam-folded, 68x8 mm. The structure is painted with epoxy powders, resistant to corrosion and attacking agents, totally solvent-free, therefore harmless to health and environmentally friendly. ORTHOPEDIC BASE The Apple double bed base from the dimensions 140x190 cm and above, has a double reinforcement bar that guarantees an even more solid hold. In version one and a half there is a single bar. This orthopedic net has a total height including the frame of 35 cm.
